- Polyurethane outer film and Pro-ionic gel sheet combine to respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid: Interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement. Kerralite Cool:
- Helps to improve healing of lightly exuding wounds
- Cleans the wound, debriding necrotic tissue
- Increases granulation tissue of chronic wounds
- Soothes and cools to minimize discomfort
- Protects against wound dehydration
- Bars growth of bacteria
- Helps prevent maceration of the peri-wound area
- 3½ x 5 inch hydrogel is nonadhesive so can be cut to fit most wounds.
