A must have!
The body flex mini stretch mat with heat works wonders! It’s easy to set up and easy to use. The heat with subtle movements are perfect for relaxing after a great workout. It has the perfect movements so you don’t get stiff at all. It’s a perfect must have. I really love that it has the option to use heat or not. It has 3 different settings to choose how you want to stretch. It’s not big and bulky so you can easily put it away. It’s definitely something we use daily, especially for my young athlete. Highly recommend!!

Super relief!
I got this few weeks ago and I have been using it quite frequently. This is a super convenient and versatile unit for my massaging and relaxation needs. The material is very soft and very comforting for the body. It is easy to store and use it in any room or location. My favorite place to use this is on my sofa. After a long day at work, my favorite time of the day is to rest my neck and back on it and relax. I like the various modes/routines I can select. The air chambers inflate and deflate to create nice massaging motions. Love the heat option for when the muscles are feeling really sore. Highly recommend it.

More of a Back Massager Than a Strecher
A nice upper back and shoulder massager with heat. It does help stretch your muscles some but it didn’t really feel much different than any other any other back massager. It would be nice if the heat and pressure was adjustable on their own instead of just picking a preset setting. Ability to adjust the length of the program would also be a nice feature. The hardness and thickness of the mat makes it not the most comfortable thing to use though. It also is supposed to lay flat on a hard surface for it to be most effective but that means using it on the floor which is not very comfortable. So, overall a great idea but could use some improvement.

This is a pretty decent product. The heat it puts out is perfect... it's built sturdy while still being comfortable. The only thing I don't love is I wish it was longer and a little wider. Other than that it's great. It came in nice packaging not something flimsy. I think I'll be buying another one for my mother.

Works wonders!
This device has helped my back pain significantly! The heat helps warm my muscles and get them ready to be stretched and has significantly helped my aches and pains from running around playing with a toddler all day. It has been a great way to unwind, relax and stretch in the mornings. I have incorporated it into my meditation routine.

Body flex mini stretch is fantastic!
The Homedics body flex mini stretch mat with heat is definitely not “mini” in its ability to relax, distress and release tension. The stretch mat has 3 different settings which goes from a soothing and relax stretch to a deep stretch. I also love the fact that the different settings are programmed for approximately 15 minutes and that you have the choice to use heat or not. Love this mat and have found myself using it almost daily.

Like a mini space
Love having the Body Flex Mini Stretch Heat Mat at home. It feels like I am getting a mini spa day at home. The heating feature is great and the massaging features are easily adjusted depending on how much pressure you need. Great to have. I would definitely buy a full body size of this one but for now this works so great when you need to stretch your back and neck on your own.

I’ve been using this stretch mat daily and my back has never felt better! I have chronic back aches and pain, and the stretch from this mat has helped release tension and strain, and the heat has eased discomfort. Relaxing for my back.
I was shocked by how much this relaxes my shoulders and back. It’s like shiatsu massage but with air chambers. It lifts areas and stretches the spots. I love the added heat feature that really helps loosen tense muscles. Perfect after a long day working at a computer. Very energizing. My son even loved using it after sports practice.

Feels great
I have always had issues with my upper neck and back. I get horrible headaches caused from pain in my neck area. This has given me relief. I love that it heats up fast because that seems to help so much. There are 3 settings depending on your needs and how much stretching you need. Great for using after a long day at work.

Fantastic Product!
I absolutely love this Homedics mini flex stretch mat. It works great for tension too! It has different control options and is very convenient and compact to store. It really stretches great and helps with my knots. It’s great to just use to stretch to and avoid tension! The heat really helps. I highly recommend this especially if you have a lot of tension!

Great for relaxation
I enjoy using this back stretching mat to relax throughout the day. I work on a computer so stretching my neck and back is important to me and using this mat does help I have noticed. Would be extra nice if it could stretch and massage! The air sacs inflate to stretch different areas with three different settings. Very gentle on the back and neck!

as someone who has chronic pain this has been really great. While going to physical therapy for my pain i was told that i need to work on my posture and stress levels when it comes to my pain. i easily spiral on days its really bad. laying on this on the couch and just relaxing with the heat... and my added heating pad for my back has been wonderful.

Could be better
I had high hopes for the Homedics - Body Flex Mini Stretch Mat with Heat. It doesn't stay inflated and massage as well as I hoped. The heat function works just fine. Overall, I was not impressed with the ability to stretch a hard to reach area on my shoulder. Perhaps I will just use it on my legs after a run.

Great quality
I chose this product for my husband. He has bad back and neck issues. This is not just a simple heat massager. Instead it is a muscle stretcher, which makes the muscles learn to relax. It takes more than using it one time for the ultimate results. Patients is key here. It does it’s job, I am pleased.

i would recommend
im so glad i got this. i have been having muscle cramps in my shoulders and this product massages it out. easy to use and simple buttons that are easy to push, which is a plus. just plug in and use. this product also has a heat setting which is good for stress relief and muscles.i would recommend this product.

What an excellent body heat stretch may! This machine can get into every nook and cranny in your back. Leaving you feel energized and refreshed afterward! This machine is easy to use. I recommend this machine if you have occasional back problems like I do. Definitely helps to have this around when I need it
