- Les pansements composites imperméables à l'eau ont quatre couches distinctes pour une utilisation polyvalente, y compris comme pansement primaire ou secondaire.
- La couche 1 est une couche de contact non adhérente qui protège le site de la plaie et n'adhère pas aux tissus de granulation.
- La couche 2 est un coussinet souple qui absorbe le drainage et amortit.
- La couche 3 est un support non tissé avec un bord adhésif pour maintenir solidement le pansement en place.
