- TransPorter swabs are sterile ready-to-use systems intended for the collection, transport and preservation of clinical specimens for bacteriological examinations.
- Liquid Stuart transport medium's ingredients include sodium glycerophosphate, calcium chloride, mercaptoacetic acid and distilled water.
- Swabs are in direct contact with fluid-filled sponge, which acts as a moisture reservoir for the 1 mL of liquid transport media that is designed to stay in place during use.
- Double tip swab comes enclosed in a translucent tube which comes with a red double-action security cap.
- There are 50 specimen collection devices in a box.
