Great portability

I’ve used five different pumps during my breastfeeding journey. This one is the best in terms of portability. I can pump while cleaning, or even while driving. The charger is the same as your phone USB which is great; I have used it and charged it while driving a long distance. It’s so small! I love that you wear it around your neck instead of having to hold it in one hand. I also like that it has an automatic program, I don’t need to consistently fuss with the suction level or mode. I also like the accessories that it comes with, the cushions for the breast shields and the covers so I can keep it in the fridge easily between pumps and wash once a day. It also appears that the bottle attachment is the same wide-lip size as the bottle part of another very popular blue or pink colored pump so there is compatibility in terms of that. I can fill and store one Baby Buddha bottle in the fridge and use a spare S*****a bottle attachment with the pump. Some gripes for me are that the button to adjust the level is extremely sensitive, I am always bumping it somehow with the slightest movement, which seems to disable the automatic program. I also have a lot of trouble putting a flange inside the breast shield while the other (very comfortable) cushion is on the shield. I really like the cushion that it comes with, but the opening is still just too big for my nipple. Maybe there is another accessory that I’m just not aware of for this but I wish my flanges fit better with the cushion on. Overall I am very happy to have this pump as part of my pumping regimen. I still use a hospital grade wall pump once a day but this is my choice for on-the-go pumping.

Game changer and saved my supply

I’ve been an almost exclusive pumper for going on 8 months now, ever since my son was 3 weeks old due to a painful latch/tongue tie. We’re now able to comfortably BF at least once a day. Since I returned to full time work 5 months ago, I have to pump several times a day still. I loved my Spectra S1 but noticed a huge drop in my supply the last 6 weeks. I was spending 4 hours a day pumping and only getting about 16 ozs and having to heavily supplement with formula, which I didn’t want. Enter Baby Buddha 2. 0. I’m now pumping 30+ ozs a day in half the time. No more formula. I get 9-11 ozs out just in the morning! No more nipple trauma from power pumping so much. I can even pump while I drive! The Baby Buddha is now the only pump I use. I’m utterly in love with it. I was close to ending my breastfeeding journey just because my supply had dropped so much and it was affecting my mental health. I can easily see myself pumping for 6+ more months now. I cannot thank you enough for this pump. I’m telling everyone about it!!! You saved my BF journey, no exaggeration.

A Pump For Moms With Low Milk Supply!

If you struggle with low breast milk supply, I cannot recommend this pump enough to you! This is my 5th breast pump that I have owned, and I have been using this pump the most with baby #5. My husband bought this pump for me because of a previous review that he read about this pump "sucking the soul" out of another moms breast. And because my supply has been poor for my past three babies so he figured that this one would actually work. I can confirm that his pump is strong and will actually increase your supply. Many other brands say their pump is hospital grade, but this pump is it! Added bonus, the actual pump portion is small and low profile, can hold enough charge for three separate pumping sessions, and comes with a lanyard attached, so I can easily use this as a portable pump when walking around the house and while driving around town. I love this pump and recommend this one over the medela, willow, elvie, and lansinoh.

Hope

This pump was recommended to me by my sister. So far I’m liking it a lot more than my old pump. I am a first time mom so I’m still learning the pump & figuring out which settings work best for me and my milk production. The trackball feature is really cool, in my opinion. Means less buttons & makes it simpler to use. I also like how this pump’s battery life last me about 5 pumps where my old one only lasted 3 pumps before having to recharge it. I am deducting a star for the loudness of the pump. My old pump was quieter but didn’t offer this good of a suction to fully empty my breasts. I can definitely tune out the noise of it if it means I get better results. Overall, I really like this pump. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Excellent pump

I've found this pump to be super powerful, and very conveniently portable. A bit louder than wearable pumps, but can be used with some wearable cups (need an adapter if not using BB cups). The tubing sometimes gets kinked when I put it in a fanny pack, so have to watch that. The roller ball is easy to accidentally hit and change settings and it seems to think I've tried to change settings if I bump the pump motor too hard sometimes. Otherwise though it's a fantastic pump. Wish the battery life was a little longer, but it's still a great small pump!

Balances portability and power; room for improvement

This pump is a good middle ground between my wearable Willow 3. 0, where I can't get the output of a traditional pump, and my Spectra, which is just large and not very portable even though I have the S1. It was great for a long trip to Europe. I do wish the battery life was longer (~2. 5 pumping sessions for me) and that there was some sort of side button that would back light the controls (at night, I have to use my phone light to find the power button and adjust the settings). It wasn't the holy grail that some act like it is, but it is my primary pump now and I like it. There is a learning curve when coming from the S1--give yourself a week to transition before panicking.

An Under Suppier

Short story: I love it. Long story - I almost exclusively pump because my baby doesn’t empty my breast fully when latched. Since my husband and I got on a new insurance this year I was able to get a new pump. I already have a Spectra 2 and Eufy portable, but for the last 4 months I have STRUGGLED greatly with my supply. I was considering giving up because I wasn’t even producing enough for my baby to eat in a day. I was spending HOURS trying to pump day after day these last four months, but she ended up almost completely formula fed. Once I received this pump in the mail last week, I thought I would give pumping one last shot and I’m so grateful I had the patience! Going from roughly 10oz(averaging) pumped in a day to up to 20 oz in just 7 days of using this pump! I’ve been able to use the power pump method with this and now my baby is getting more breast milk than formula because I’m finally able to empty my breasts properly. The suction actually pulls my milk out FASTER than the Spectra could and much more than the Eufy. I wanted something inbetween those two pumps and this one is exactly that. Only downside is- my husband HATES how loud it is lol. TRY THIS PUMP!

Good, but. .

Suction and everything is good, although I think the expression mode should be a little faster option. I’m used to my spectra, I honestly can’t find the right settings that will work with my body to empty with this and I have to finish with my spectra, I really wanted this to work for me. But I also think the best thing pump companies could do is have silicone flanges options for elastic nips, these ones it came with left me sore for days. I had to use the spectra hack and use my pumpkin pal flanges. Moms shouldn’t have to buy products from all sorts of companies to get a pump to fit properly. So my best advice to companies is to offer silicone and plastic flange options with purchase.

Exclusive Pumpers Dream!

I exclusively pump and the Baby Buddha has been AMAZING! The suction is stronger than any pump I’ve used with either of my children including the hospital grade ones and the size makes it so easy to use in the go or at work. The battery life is not as long as I would like it to be but still 5 stars because I have an oversupply and this pump leaves me feeling good and empty!

Portable pump

I bought this pump specifically to use when I go back to work. I already had a Spectra that worked well for me so wanted something to be a companion with it. The Baby Buddha is great because you can use Spectra parts with it! I’m an AA cup so I didn’t want a portable pump with the motors on the collection cups, I was worried about loss of suction. Many reviews state that the Baby Buddha has a very strong suction I find that to be true but not in a scary way. It’s been the perfect addition to the Spectra in my pumping journey. Besides being able to use my Spectra parts with it my other favorite feature is the option to pump on just one side. Once my slicker side is drained I can flip the switch so that all suction is focused on my worker side.

My new favorite pump

I was getting frustrated with being stuck to a wall with my spectra pump and having a low supply. After swapping to the baby Buddha my supply has increased, I actually empty and have a let down. I can pump anywhere anytime. The hands free collection cups are by far my favorite. I was so discouraged before i purchased these and I’m so glad I did. I have one con and it’s that I don’t love the button with the ball for switching between modes and intensity. I find that while I’m wearing the pump it will sometimes switch modes by hitting my shirt something else.

Great pump

This pump is no joke, it has some intense suction! I started to use BB when I was 3 months postpartum and it increased my milk supply by a lot. It quickly became my primary pump and now it’s the only one I use. I take it with me to work and whenever I go out. I have sensitive nipples so just using these on the lowest settings still gives me great results. Highly recommend !

Best Pump Ever!

I upgraded to the 2. 0 after using the 1. 0 a friend gave me to try. I was nervous about changing since I had such good output with the original but I love the 2. 0 just as much. I cannot recommend this pump enough. As a mom forced into EP, I knew having a pump with hospital grade suction was so important to keep my supply but I absolutely hated lugging the spectra around. This pump is now my primary pump and I appreciate how small/portable it is, especially since returning to work. It really is the best pump ever!

Uhm what?!?! AMAZING

You guys! I have a Spectra, Zomee, and a Momcozy M5. Spectra was amazing just hated carrying around a big motor! Zomee -10000/10 HATE. M5 was fine in the beginning and is just not doing well and hurts. THIS however is gentle. I used it for the first official time this morning after nursing my baby a hour and a half prior and I got out 11oz in 20 minutes. I had to cut it short due to leaving for work but milk was still flowing! My M5’s after nursing I get like 2-3 combined now. Hands down best best best! Highly recommend this amazing pump! I’m hoping it can continue with good output through the day at work! Will report back tonight! ONLY thing is the dangle bottles from my yiddies I’m not a fan of but I love the cups they sell separately too! So woot woot!!

BUY IT!

This pump has changed the game for me! I am almost exclusively pumping and I have been so tired of being chained to my plug in pump. I also travel quite a bit, and being able to just pack this little guy is a HUGE space saver! My lactation consultant told me the power on this pump is the same if not stronger than my plug in pump, plus I can get some things done around the house while pumping and not feel like I am chained to a chair 8x per day. I wish I had found this pump sooner! It has turned pumping into a quick task vs. a dreaded to-do.

Best pump I’ve had!!😍✨

I really love this pump! It’s lightweight and has amazing suction. I heard nothing but great things about this pump and that’s what made me want to purchase. Since using this pump I’ve even noticed a slight increase I. My supply(1-2oz) per pump. It empties me out completely and I can say I’m a satisfied costumer! I also have the collection cups that go with it and love has discreet they are and how much they hold when completely full (about 8oz)

Not what I expected

I expected a lot more from this pump considering how much people talk about it. The auction wasn’t strong at all. I’m not sure if it’s the flanges somehow because I get little suction when I use them with my spectra which has great suction any other time. Also I do not like the pauses this pump has when using. My body did not respond well at all. I get minimal output with this pump. It is light weight and easy to carry.

Really love this pump!

My baby was 3 months old when I ordered this pump as a last attempt to increase my milk supply before returning to work. In 2 weeks, I’ve gone from pumping around 10-15 ml per session from both breasts combined to 35 ml and increasing daily (combined use of this pump with pumping every 2 hours, even in the middle of the night). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve been using the pump a lot in these 2 weeks, but it already seems like the battery capacity has decreased significantly. I know the instructions say never charge for longer than 4 hours, and since I’ve been pumping every 2 hours the whole time I’ve had it, I know I have never let it charge for 4 hours and always take it off the charger as soon as it has a full charge. The last couple of days, it seems like I have had to charge it once per day, which is much more frequently than when I first got it. Ideally, this pump would be portable, but if the battery capacity does end up decreasing to the point that I can only use it while it’s plugged into the wall, I will still use it over the other 2 pumps (Spectra 9s and Lansinoh wearable) I have because it is so effective.

Amazing pump

I wish I had found Baby Buddha pumps sooner. I am an exclusive pumper and while the momcozy M5 saved me for 2 months after my baby refused the breast and never went back, the motor waned and became inefficient. My Spectra S2 is so exhausting to use so I did research and ordered this pump. I have a low supply and have been getting a few extra ounces a day with this pump, which makes me very happy. The only issue I have is the Baby Buddha wearable cups don’t work so well with this pump. I was able to hack the momcozy M5 wearables onto the pump and got ok output but still not as much as with the traditional BB flanges. I haven’t tried the Freemie cups because I’m tired of spending money on pumping products and so far I use this pump and can still eat and play with baby and do other simple tasks. I also had to stop using the massagers because they damaged my nipple (maybe I have elastic nipples?) so I just use silicon inserts and it hurts less and I get similar output. I only use setting strengths 1-2 and it works well for me.

Disappointed

I REALLY wanted to like this pump, but maybe my expectations were too high. I have used many different pumps (medela PISA, spectra S1, freemie, pumpables genie advanced) and this was definitely towards the bottom of the barrel. In the new soft stimulation mode, anything higher than level 1 slowed down the stimulation too much for my liking. I’m also not sure if this happens just with the buttons or happened with the old roller ball, but if I increase the level or change the mode, there is a significant pause as the motor catches up to the input. This really threw me off as I was used to more seamless transitions. I will say I still had decent output, so the pump does work, I just am not a fan of the settings/functionality and will go back to the genie advanced.

Baby Buddha magic

This pump is like the best one on earth. Being an exclusive first time mom I went through so much the past three months trying to find a pump that would actually empty me. I do wish it came with more flange sizes but I was able to buy some from Amazon and made it work. I wish I would’ve found this pump sooner because I feel like I wouldn’t have lost my supply. However, I’m still able to produce half the feeds and once you learn which setting works for you, you’ll be happy to notice your empty in 15-20 mins. I am definitely using this if I decide to conceive again in the next future. This pump needs to be recommended at the hospital!!!!

Highly recommend

I was using a spectra and momcozy S12 prior to purchasing the babybuddha and having little success. Baby was born at 37 weeks, induction took 3 days then had cesarean. Baby did not have a good latch and also was jaundiced so he was too tired to try to latch. Never got a good milk supply and to this day (almost 3 months old) only getting about 5oz a day with baby Buddha. I am not able to get hardly any milk if any at all with my spectra now after using the baby Buddha. The suction on the Buddha is amazing. I only have to use setting 3-4 where I was using 6-8 with the spectra and I am still getting more output with the Buddha. It is also super versatile, I am able to use my pumpin pals flanges with it as well. On the website it tells you how to use other pump parts that you may already have to work with the pump. Would highly recommend this pump.

Had high hopes, was disappointed

I was really looking forward to this pump to have a hands free pump to be on the go with my baby and toddler. I was very excited for this to come and I was very disappointed. The pump (including the special collection cups) was very bulky and with all the tubing and pump itself, it is much more bulky/hanging off of me than any other wearable I’ve tried. I could have excused that if my output was still good, but unfortunately it did not empty me and has hurt my supply. I paid for this pump out of pocket and other, cheaper pumps, have been much better for me - in my experience. I will keep trying, but I’ve given it multiple attempts without improvement.

i love this pump. as an EP since birth when my son was in the NICU, this pump has saved my sanity. i’m so glad i chose to buy it. best decision i made. the strength is excellent better than any of my other pumps. even better than the medela in my eyes. i like how portable it is, and its small so its never in the way. i also chose to buy the collection cups to go with it so i can be even more hands free and able to get things done since im constantly pumping around the clock. it takes a lot of the stress off of me so i feel like i will be able to stick to my goal. it empties me completely, way more than my other pumps do, it definitely gives me way more output than my momcozy s12 does& as a portable/hands free pump its MUCH stronger than momcozy. i also have another pump that was my primary but i don’t even use it anymore since getting this. im able to do everything i need to even if im out of the house&i dont have to stress over not getting enough output like i did with my momcozy.

Impressed so far

Have only tried once. For context, the spectra is my workhorse, and I previously tried the willow (did not work), so I was tempering my expectations. Used the baby Buddha for the first time last night and had double my typical output for that time of day/after cluster feeding. I was honestly shocked. I’m excited to use it more frequently- I purchased the wearable cups which will definitely be a game changer for me (even without the cups it’s great the motor can go around your neck). Right now it’s hard to do things when I have to carry my spectra around with me the whole time I pump. Overall, I’m quite excited.

Best pump but buttons are flimsy

I bought this pump out of desperation because I got sick of using the one I have to be plugged to the wall, and my wearable didn’t get me all my milk out, it took time to figure it out and had to use their lactation consultant services because my nipples were so sore I couldn’t even wear a bra, but the problem was fixed, I use the pump with the elvie stride cups or with the legendairy milk cups, love the pump but this new version with buttons seems flimsy that’s why I’m taking away a star, the buttons sound like the pump will fall apart any time, hopefully it doesn’t. Other than that the pump is great I wish I would’ve bought this from the beginning.

Oh. My. Lord. This pump is a game-changer! It's small but mighty and has saved my pumping game! It is SO powerful - despite its small size, it delivers on function! I ha e to use most other pumps on max suction in order to even come close to emptying - even the hospital's Medela Symphony! The Baby Buddha 2.0, I can use on 2 or 3, and fully empty, every time! I was getting maybe .5oz to 1oz per breast with a Spectra on max, but have been getting 1.5 - 2.5oz on each side with the BB2.0! It makes letdown possible too, whereas no other pump has done this round of breastfeeding! I love it and wish I'd gotten it from the very beginning! The fact that it's portable is the icing on the cake!

Great, Powerful Pump!

Bought this pump after reading lots of reviews and comparing it to the Spectra. Pump has great suction; love that it has a softer let-down mode, as well as the pump and harsher let-down modes. Have not noticed an increase in my supply like others claim, but it has definitely helped maintain a consistent amount. I am not exclusively pumping and pump when not breastfeeding. I did not purchase the collection cups because I also have the momcozy and wish maybe I had, as the bottles aren’t as hands free; there is a limit to how much you can bend over without spilling as I found out while trying to do laundry one day. Great pump and would recommend.

Turned my EP journey around

I use this and hack to use Momcozy S12 Pro cups. I have very sensitive elastic nips and it took almost a week to adjust to the power of level 1 but I’m finally back to 5-6oz 20min sessions without tons of oatmeal, 30 min sessions, supplements and power pumping that I had to do before to get less. I don’t threaten to quit pumping ten times a day now. I dropped a pump session and get more milk. I’m replenishing my freezer and keeping up with baby’s 35-40oz needs. Couldn’t be happier

Best pump I’ve used

I researched breast pumps for a long time. I wanted something that I could use while moving around though many lactation consultants said to not only rely on wearable pumps. I finally came across this little thing and it is powerful! I love that it is small, portable, and strong like a hospital grade pump. 10/10 recommend.

Told about this by my

Told about this by my LC- said this portable pump is very powerful for its size. She was not wrong, this little guy is pretty darn strong!! It doesn’t give me the same yield as my Spectra S2 but only by 0. 5oz. It’s WAY better than my Medela Pump in Style and Elvie hands free pumps though. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a powerful hands free pump. And another great thing about this are the hacks with the different brand pump parts which is awesome!

Great Pump

The pump is wonderful; it has replaced my spectra as my primary pump. Portable and an overall more comfortable experience. Very powerful. My one critique is that it was frustrating to have to purchase additional flanges in my size. Purchasers should be able to simply select the size flanges needed and that size should automatically come with purchase of the product. I don’t know why pumps presume women use the 24mm size….

Source: Google Products

Great pump, flange sizing disappointing

I love everything about this pump except for the fact that it doesn't come in a size smaller than 24mm flange. That frustrates me because in my experience most people need smaller than that and if I'm already spending $200 on the pump and all the parts I shouldn't have to pay more money for inserts or look elsewhere to get compatible parts and then lose suction. If they fix that one detail and make smaller parts for purchase then I would absolutely love this pump

Baby Buddha pump!!

This is my absolute favorite pump and I’ve tried so many pumps from willow 3.0, willow go, momcozy s12 pro, m5, Imani i2, pumply pump and spectra some of these pumps worked okay for me but nothing compared to the baby Buddha. I started using the v2 barley making enough for my baby and sometimes having to use formula with no freezer stash for emergency’s which was so stressful luckily while I was getting my supply established with the baby Buddha v2 my first session was the most I ever made since my supply took off in the beginning and my sister helped with breastmilk. this pump worked so well I immediately purchased the 2.0 when it was on pre order and I now have a freezer stash I don’t have my over supply back yet like I did in the beginning but the hospital ruined that for me but baby Buddha helped me get enough milk flow back to have enough for my baby and a freezer stash I couldn’t be more happier or impressed for that matter. I would 100% recommend this pump to any mom and have many times now the only thing I can say about this pump for improvement is the 2.0 dial roller ball is a lot more sensitive then the v2 and every time I put it in my pocket or wear the lanyard it changes the settings and I have to change it back to what I want it on but that’s my only thing and I can deal with that for my outcome of using these pumps and the 2.0 has soft stimulation so I’m in love and not to mention they have a certified lactation consultant that helps u if needed and she’s amazing and will find a set up that works for your body when using the baby Buddha since I have elastic nipple this was the best thing I could have heard if u are on the hunt for a good pump this is what you want I’ll show photos of my milk journey since purchasing this also I wish I could have recorded more of the before the pump but it was also a depressing point for me but I have photos of all my milk in just a few months of using it not counting what my baby has drank. Thank you so much baby Buddha I couldn’t be happier!! This is the best thing I’ve used since starting to pump exclusively. 🖤🖤🖤

A pumping mummas dream

I could write a book about how much I love this pump, but I’ll try and condense it! Some background: I’m an exclusively pumping mumma, and I’ve struggled with low supply since 3wpp because I put my trust (and a lot of money) in to another brand of wearable pump that claims to be hospital grade, but isn’t. I’ve tried almost every pump out there and nothing got my supply back, and emptied me like the 1.0 Baby Buddha, so when I heard they were bringing out a new version, I had to try it! The pump isn't only beautiful to look at, she’s compact, and really packs a punch. She’s is super versatile, and can connect to most other pump parts too, it’s insane! She’s powerful enough to be the only pump you need as and exclusive pumper, yet with the new gentle stimulation mode, she’s also suitable for the occasional pumper, or a sensitive mumma to boot! I cannot express (pardon the pun!) how happy I am to have found a pump, made by a company that actually wants to support you, and help you meet your breastfeeding goals! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Great pump

This is a great pump. Very effective, simple and portable. I am a 30 minute pumper to fully empty but I can empty in 20 minutes using this pump. My only complaint is that I get about 3 pumps before the battery dies. I'd love for it to last a bit longer.
