- Specifically designed for children ages 1 to 13 with impaired GI function, PEPTAMEN JUNIOR® 1.5 is a calorically-dense pediatric tube feeding formula that provides easy-to-digest and absorb nutrients
- 1.5 kcal/mL, pediatric, peptide-based, enzymatically hydrolyzed, 100% whey protein formula
- CalciLock® blend of essential nutrients to support healthy bone development
- Provides 0.6 g/L of EPA and DHA to help modulate pro-inflammatory mediators
- 60% of fat from MCT helps facilitate fat absorption, which supports formula tolerance
- Contains 6 g/L partially hydrolyzed guar gum soluble fiber
- Nutritional applcations: Impaired GI function (critical illness/trauma, transplant patients, cystic fibrosis, crohn’s disease, cerebral palsy, short bowel syndrome, malabsorption, chronic diarrhea, growth failure, malnutrition), volume/fluid restrictions, early enteral feeding, transition from TPN
