This is amazing accessory. I would highly recommend it.

Quick close mechanism catches on drawstring

The bag is handy especially for outings for small amount of lightweight stuff. The quick close mechanism caught on the bag's drawstring the first time it was used and continues to catch, making the string sprout loose fibrous loops that continue to catch.Either the quick close mechanism be upgraded or the string.

good grocery bag

A little bit of a challenge to get on but a great product.

Terrific bag

The bag is great, holds a full bag of groceries. The bag folds well with the rollator, too. The only problem I encountered was the loops holding it to the seat slip off easily, but I secured them with elastic ties.

Disappointed

I watched a YouTube “How to install the grocery bag” and also the instruction manual to familiarize myself. I proceeded to install it but when it came to the elastic band as I was placing it around the aluminum tube, one side snapped. I don’t know if I can fix it. Really disappointed that this happened one day after receiving the rollator.
