Ease of Mobility
The Acre Carbon back rest is a must, it makes the THE chair back rest is very comfortable. back rest is very strong slightly difficult to fit, easy with the knack, better photos and instructions would help. The chair is fantastic, easy to fold and to open with clips to hold it shut when closed. One small item, I have tied the clips to the frame as they tend to come loose when fitting bags, otherwise the chair is a fantastic simple engineering solution

New purchase
Positives Lightweight Attractive Negatives Expensive Seat too small Wheels keep getting’ stuck’ when setting off, ie wheel pointing to one side causing it to jerk then quickly lurch forward Handles have too much give in them so they wobble which feels unsafe Backrest keeps dropping down because the screws are ineffective, this makes sitting down a bit of a gamble

On my way
Easy to assemble and very easy to open and close. Cane holder only fits 1 cane so ordered another one. The holders detach when Rollator is closing. One of the inserts on the shopping bag came apart during first use. Getting accustomed to the lightness of the Rollator, used locally so far.

Light
The Ultralite is indeed much lighter than my previous rollator. This makes it much easier to transport around and use. A well-designed product that works well. But the accessories are not so easy to fit - clearer instructions would help.

Might be good
Didn’t expect it to be so rigid or all plastic . My arthritichands struggling to fit the backrest in spite of following the video. Does its rigidity mean it has to be removed every time I want to pack it into the carrier for travelling? An added time consuming inconvenience ence. Otherwise I continue to enjoy my rollater

Replacement Back Rest.
My stroller was 3 years old when we noticed a vertical 5 centimetre split in the centre of the back rest, it gradually got worse so we ordered a replacement. The stroller is kept in the boot of our Peugeot 208 and is very lightly used, sometimes only once a week. It’s folded and is flat on the boot floor. Was the split caused by vibration? certainly not by anything being placed in the boot. Disappointing to say the least.

Easy to Fit
The backrest is something I’d wanted to manage without as I thought the rollator was more aesthetically pleasing without it. But practically it made sense to have one, so that I didn’t forget and topple off backwards when sitting!! It was extremely easy to fit and folds with the rollator when putting it in the car. I’m glad I went with having one.

Rating only three stars due entirely to undue difficulty in fitting backrest!
After several attempts to fit the backrest to no avail, I had to ask my son-in-law to help. He is fit and strong, but had to wrestle for about twenty minutes to fit it. And yes, we DID follow the right procedure as shown in your videos, and explained in your written instructions.

Goodby to tangles
So far I am very pleased although I was hardly allowed to try it.The family had it opened and closed, in and out of the boot and walking with it up and down the driveway.!!!!!! I was impressed at the ease of opening, closing and the lightness. So easy to get into the boot. I ordered a back rest and for anyone concerned regarding the fixing it couldn’t have been easier. It really only took 10 minutes. Our old walkers, of which we carry two, were always getting tangled up with the cables, a nightmare, also the seats were very hard to open and close and so heavy. My husband intends to order a byAcre for himself very soon. So goodbye to tangles. Another positive for me is that I will be more independent as I was unable to lift my old Walker out unaided. DELIGHTED.

Very light and easy to fold up
Only problem needed help to adjust handles particularly right but as once adjusted they won't need doing again so it isn't a big deal. Easy to get on and off Park and Ride bus. Looks very smart compared to some clunky models I have seen

Very comfortable!
I needed a back rest for my Byacre walker. While not as easy to put on as the video shows, it really works! Plus, it folds when I fold the walker, and it does not add any appreciable weight.

The backrest was extremely difficult to snap on, needing strong fingers, but very firm to support. It was a snug fit when seated and was rather thick and solid, tending to cling to coats or cardigans. Probably better for male users

Good occasional addition
The back rest is fine for when you need a back rest. As a new user I'm finding I need to think ahead about what I am doing that will benefit from my fine rollator and its attachments and what won't. If you have one of the smart bags attached, you can't fold the rollator. Same is true if you have the back rest fitted, and whereas taking the bag off is quick and probably then works with what you are doing next, taking the back rest off and refitting is a bit of a faff and anyway what then do you do with it. It's fine, I guess I'll use it not very often but when I do - an exhibition, a party with not quite enough chairs, it will be invaluable.

Acre rollator
My husband was very reluctant to use a rollator. He is now delighted with this Acre rollator. It is so light to handle and lift into the car.

Has changed my life as it sounds, can go out and about more and easier as when I get tired or in pain I can just take a seat until it passes. So light and easy for me to stow behind front seats if car and retrieve it again without the struggle of my 3 wheeled rollator.

WOW! Best investment I’ve made in a walker!
This walker is incredible. Light, easy to fold. I’ve taken it on three cruises, to Europe, Africa. My walker is my good friend! Molly

Such a great addition to my excellent rollator
I don’t intend having this fitted all the time, that’s why I think it’s such a good buy. I have it available for more complex trips out but regular morning walk doesn’t need it. Excellent to keep in the car so I always have it

De luxe Rollator
Excellent, light weight, easily folded and the ‘racing green’ colour goes well with my previous ‘image’!!

Wide model
I was advised to purchase the widest model. When it arrived I realised it was not my size, it was to be comfortable, when wearing a heavier, bulky outerwear, on cold/wet days. This plus so very light, has made every day living so much easier

KEEP ON PUSHING
After using the Let's Roll Mobility I have some improvement in balance and motivation to improve my balance and core. It has help me to feel more enthusiastic about walking and not feeling old at same time. I will keep on pushing.

Ultralight backrest
I thought I didn't need a backrest. However as I've got frailer it means I can sit down safely and catch my breath.

Useful to have
The backrest serves its purpose and is an excellent addition to the rollator especially if you need to sit down at frequent intervals as I do. It may not be necessary for some people but I have a back problem and for this treason I find it useful.
Ursula
A little fiddly and rather stiff
I am really pleased with my rollator but find the back rest rather too far back. Resting back in it makes me feel that I might topple backwards.

Back rest
Very happy with this “extra”. Had no problem folding the rollator with the backrest on, but with a little bit of practice it’s easy to take it on and off if you want to. Does take up a little more room in the boot of the car. In all a great design.

Expensive
Really think this should come with the rollator, it's not an extra when you need a walking frame but it works well.
Valerie C.
Essential addition.
A very well made extra…Personally I wouldn’t feel safe without the back rest …I’m surprised it is considered to be an extra.

LIGHT BUT SHORT
Rollator by ACRE is practical and light. Unfortunately the handles are extend to 35.8 inches and it is to short for anyone over 5 feet 6 inches.
Lyn
Attaches easily
Although expensive to what it is. It feels comfortable and stable.
Harriett M.
Does what it says on the tin, and easy to fit with a little bit of lateral thinking.
